Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University brought together art and culture, presenting an unforgettable show to its students and audience.
The MAKU Folk Dances and Modern Dance Group, the MAKU Turkish Music State Conservatory Turkish Folk Dances Department, and the Ballet Art Academy organized a show at the Conference and Exhibition Hall. The show team, which impressed with its traditional costumes and choreographies, received great applause from the audience.
One of the most striking parts of the show was the shaman dance prepared under the leadership of Dr. Instructor Nurgül Mıhladız. The dance, symbolizing the harmony of nature and human, presented the harmony of traditional and modern dance to the audience.
At the end of the show, participation certificates were given to those who contributed by the Director of MAKU Turkish Music State Conservatory, Prof. Dr. Zeki Nacakçı.
