University Communities in the New Era: Both Entertainment and Social Contribution

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University student communities came together with their academic advisors to discuss the new directive.

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy, Head of Health, Culture and Sports Department Süleyman Yarar, Rector's Advisor Prof. Dr.  Ali Murat Alparslan and members of student communities attended the meeting.

At the meeting held at Avşar Han, it was emphasized that communities should participate more in social contribution activities and that such events should be planned. Additionally, new rules regarding the arrangements in event planning, application processes, and event reporting of the communities were discussed. The necessity of prioritizing activities that provide social benefit and conducting community activities within the determined rules was emphasized.
