Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) continues its promotional activities without slowing down in order to support students in the university preference process. In this context, under the leadership of the Promotion Coordination, some high schools in Burdur and Isparta were visited and detailed information about the university was conveyed to the senior students.
The promotion team visited Ercan Akın Science High School and TOBB Anatolian High School in Burdur and Ahmet Melih Doğan Anatolian High School in Isparta, meeting with the students. During the visits, comprehensive presentations were made on many topics such as the academic structure of MAKÜ, undergraduate programs, and campus facilities.
Dr. Lecturer Erdi Şen, Lecturer Dr. Emirhan Pehlivan, Dr. Lecturer Didem Korkmaz Ülüfer, and Research Assistant Gülşah Kıymık, who are part of the university's promotion team, informed students on many topics from faculties to laboratories, social activities to scholarship and accommodation opportunities. Questions that students were curious about regarding university life were also answered by the team members.
These promotional activities, where MAKÜ stands out with its student-friendly approach and the opportunities it offers, aim to shed light on the future plans of prospective university students.
