The European Inter-University Table Tennis Championship has ended

The 13th European Universities Table Tennis Championship organized by the European University Sports Association (EUSA) was held between September 11–16, 2025, hosted by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ). In the event coordinated by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF), 132 athletes from different countries in Europe competed.
The final matches were played on September 15–16, and the matches on the last day were highly exciting.
In the Women's Doubles category, the gold medal was won by Jiaqi Meng and Tin Tin Ho from Nottingham University (England). The silver medal went to Katarina Strazar and Lea Paulin from Ljubljana University (Slovenia), while the bronze medal was shared by Lilian Li & Agatha Avezou from Paris Descartes University (France) and Helga Adel Dari & Anna Fejos from Pecs University (Hungary).
In the Women's Singles final, Anna Wegrzyn from Wroclaw University of Economics (Poland) became the champion and took the gold medal. Her sister Katarzyna Wegrzyn from the same university secured second place and won the silver medal. Jiaqi Meng and Tin Tin Ho from Nottingham University (England) shared the bronze medal.
In the Men's Doubles category, Sebestyen Kovacs and David Molnar from Pecs University (Hungary) won the gold medal. Artur Grela and Szymon Kolasa from Zamojski Academy (Poland) took the silver medal, while the bronze medal went to Yanick Thibault Taffe & Sam Boccard from Lausanne University (Switzerland) and Hakan Işık & Uğurcan Dursun from Istanbul Aydın University (Turkey).
In the Men's Singles matches, Szymon Kolasa from Zamojski Academy (Poland) became the champion and won the gold medal. Rundong Liu from Pantheon – Sorbonne University (France) won the silver medal, while Martin Truncek from Hradec Kralove University (Czech Republic) and Jan Zandecki from Zamojski Academy (Poland) shared the bronze medal.
At the medal ceremony, the athletes were presented with their awards by Burdur Deputy Governor Ökkeş Faruk Karakurt, Burdur Member of Parliament Prof. Dr. Adem Korkmaz, MAKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar, and protocol members.
At the end of the award ceremony, the EUSA Flag was handed over to the Portuguese Representative Pedra Mouna by the Organization Committee Representative Dr. Lecturer Mert Nalbant and SCAC President György Kovacs.
