‘Career Roadmap for Young Professionals’ talk attracted great interest at MAKÜ

The talk titled ‘Career Roadmap for Young Professionals’ organized by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Career Development Application and Research Center was held at the Veterinary Faculty Conference Hall with the wide participation of students.

The guest of the talk was Tofaş A.Ş. Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Trainer Göktürk Doğan. In his speech, Doğan shared valuable information on many topics, from the basic stages of career planning to the importance of creating a personal brand, the competencies needed to stand out in the business world, and the mistakes young professionals should avoid. Doğan, who sincerely answered the participants' questions, emphasized the critical role of curiosity, having a vision, and a culture of continuous learning in career development.

The program, followed with interest by students and academicians, was found both informative and inspiring by the participants. At the end of the event, Career Development Center Director Lecturer Gökhan Turan presented a thank you plaque to Göktürk Doğan for his contributions.

MAKÜ Career Development Center announced that events aimed at supporting students' professional and personal development will continue throughout the year.
