Students of our university and guest students must complete the ADD-DROP APPLICATION PROCEDURES by first making their course selections through the Student Information System, then depositing the fees for the selected courses at VakıfBank ATMs or branches using their student numbers, and finally confirming their course registrations again through the Student Information System.
THERE IS A 100 PERSON QUOTA FOR THE COURSES OPENED IN THE VETERINARY FACULTY, AND APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION. Courses that reach their quota will not accept registrations. Payments made for these courses will be refunded.
In the summer school, if there are courses that are NOT OPENED or dropped due to conflicts, refunds for course fees will be made to the bank account number (IBAN number) registered in the Student Information System in the student's name within 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Payments made for PRE-APPLICATION for courses that have been decided to be opened in the Summer School WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
If students do not have a bank account (IBAN number) opened in their OWN NAME, REFUND PROCESS CANNOT BE PERFORMED. Therefore, to avoid delays in course fee refunds, it is very important that our students' IBAN numbers are correct and complete, and that any necessary updates are made in the Student Information System in case of any issues.
