COURSE REGISTRATION STAGES

1- Course Registrations: Within the specified course registration dates, log in via MAKÜ-NET using your e-Government password and enter the "Course and Semester Transactions" menu. Click the "Course Registration" button and use the (+) button to add your courses. While selecting courses, complete your registration processes in accordance with the warnings provided by the system.

 2- Control and Finalization of Courses: After completing course selection, check your courses with the "Check" button. After the control process, the "Finalize" button will appear. Press the "Finalize" button to finalize your courses. Finalized courses will be submitted for approval by your academic advisor. Courses not approved by your academic advisor will not be considered registered and will not be valid.

 Important: All steps taken during course selection and registration renewal processes are recorded with date, time, and user information. Therefore, all responsibilities for course registration and registration renewal processes belong to the student and the academic advisor.

3- Special Cases Related to Course Registrations: All students, including first-year students, will carry out their course registration processes themselves. Students who cannot register due to valid excuses during the course registration dates and cannot finalize their registrations will be able to register during the excuse-based course registration week if their excuses are accepted by the unit management board.

4- Course Addition/Deletion Transactions: Students who finalize their course registrations within the course registration dates and wish to add or delete courses later can perform this transaction on the specified dates from the "Course and Semester Transactions" menu in the Student Affairs Information System under the "Add/Drop Course" option.

INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTION FEE/TUITION FEE

The contribution fee/tuition fee can be learned from the “Fee Information” submenu in the General Transactions menu of the Student Information System and payment can be made by specifying the student number through Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATMs of Vakıflar Bankası anywhere in Turkey.

It is absolutely necessary not to perform a Wire Transfer/EFT transaction when depositing the contribution fee/tuition fee.

 - Second education program students 

- First education students who have completed the program duration,

- Students registered in a second higher education institution,

- Students completing their bachelor's degree,

- Students accepted from abroad (foreign nationals),

They cannot complete the course registration process without paying the contribution fee/tuition fee.

 2- Follow the announcements made on the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University web page www.mehmetakif.edu.tr/tr and the web page of the unit you are registered in.

 3- Keep your GSM number, email address, and other contact information registered in the Student Affairs Information System (OBS) up to date.

 4- Since you will log in to the Student Affairs Information System with your e-government identity, do not share your password.
