Burdur Governor Türker Öksüz paid a return visit to Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar.

During the visit held at the Rector's office, Rector Prof. Dr. Dalgar provided information about MAKÜ to Governor Öksüz, who was appointed from the Governorship of Kars to the Governorship of Burdur. Governor Öksüz and Rector Dalgar discussed and exchanged ideas about the development, activities, and projects of MAKÜ.

The visit, where mutual wishes for success in their new duties were expressed, was also attended by Vice Rectors and Advisors. During the visit, Governor Türker Öksüz, who stated that they closely follow the activities of MAKÜ, wished success to Rector Dalgar in his duties.

As part of the visit, Governor Türker Öksüz also examined the facilities in the İstiklal Campus and received information from Rector Dalgar and officials about the agricultural and livestock activities carried out at the MAKÜ Farm and the Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center.

Continuing the visit, Governor Türker Öksüz also examined the İstiklal Stadium and received information about the sports facilities that host important teams' camps, as well as many national and international organizations and competitions throughout the year.
