Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Burdur Development Center (BGM) tarafından ‘Training on the Production of Burdur Goat Tulum Cheese from Goat Milk’ was carried out.

Within the scope of the women's cooperativization project organized within the Burdur Development Center, ‘Training on the Production of Burdur Goat Tulum Cheese from Goat Milk’ was given to Bayır Çavdırlı women producers and members of the Burdur Alyazmalı Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative.

With the given training, it is aimed to promote social development in Burdur. With the training given at the MAKÜ Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center Milk Processing Facility, it is aimed to both evaluate women's labor and contribute to employment.

In the trainings given by MAKÜ Dairy Products and Technologies Application and Research Center Milk Processing Facility Production Manager Lecturer Aslı Albayrak Karaoğlu and her team, women producers both received training and gained information about the processing stages of milk and dairy products.
