Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) continues its internationalization efforts.

In recent years, MAKÜ has been continuing its internationalization efforts by adopting and internalizing concepts such as cooperation and collaboration at national and international levels. MAKÜ, which accepts international students from different geographies of the world, also makes cooperation agreements with universities in many countries.
MAKÜ will also accept its international students in the 2023-2024 academic year and has sent its promotional materials prepared within this framework to the educational attachés of the consulates located in foreign representations, especially in European Countries, the Balkans, Central Asia, and North Africa. This year, MAKÜ has a total of 1,027 international student quotas, including 498 for undergraduate programs, 479 for associate degree programs, and 50 for programs that admit students through special talent exams.
