Announcement Regarding the Horizontal Transfer Applications for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year

Applications for lateral transfer for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year at our university will be made ONLINE (Online) within the quotas specified in the attachment. The application calendar, quotas, and legislation information are attached to the announcement. The necessary documents will be uploaded to the application system in pdf format during the application process.

LATERAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:
1- With Grade Point Average;
With Cumulative Grade Point Average;
• Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program,
• Students with Turkish citizenship from foreign higher education institutions with Cumulative Grade Point Average;
• Inter-Institutional (Abroad) Same Program, with Cumulative Grade Point Average; Same Program within the Institution, ·
2- It is made to the Same or Different Program with Central Placement Score (ADDITIONAL ARTICLE 1).
APPLICATION DATES:
Lateral transfer applications to the same or different program with Central Placement Score (ADDITIONAL ARTICLE-1) will be made between August 1 – August 15, 2024.
Lateral transfer applications with Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) for "Domestic", "Abroad" and "Institutional" will be made between August 22, 2024 – August 29, 2024.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
1. ÖSYM exam result document (Document with all score types)
2. ÖSYM placement result document
3. Approved student document (Document obtained from the e-Government system is also accepted.)
4. Approved transcript document (Document obtained from the e-Government system is also accepted.)
5. Approved document indicating the disciplinary status (If it is stated on the Transcript Document or Student Document, the same document is accepted.)
6. Course contents (They will write the link of the page with course contents of the University they are registered to.)
7. Document indicating that it is in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from the second education to the first education will upload.)
8. A letter stating that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer and that lateral transfer has not been made before with the central placement score.
9. Document indicating that students applying for lateral transfer to programs with compulsory preparatory class have passed the preparatory class at the school they previously came from or have a valid score from national or international foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If any)
