Rector Prof. Dr. Dalgar Attended the ADIM Universities Meeting

ADIM Universities, for which Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKÜ) is the General Coordinator, came together on October 17-18, 2024, hosted by Pamukkale University.
Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar attended the 'ADIM Universities Rectors and 2nd Administrative Group Meeting' held with the participation of 18 universities on October 17-18, 2024, hosted by Pamukkale University.
In addition to Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar, representatives of administrative units from MAKÜ and rectors, vice-rectors, and representatives of administrative units from 18 member universities of ADIM Universities attended the meeting coordinated by MSKÜ.
ADIM Universities, which share their experiences and good practice examples among themselves through meetings held every year and continue their efforts for cooperation in education, scientific research, and social contribution, published a joint declaration in the opening program condemning Israel's genocide against Palestine.
ADIM Universities General Coordinator MSKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Turhan Kaçar emphasized in his speech at the meeting that these meetings are important for seeking solutions to the common problems of universities.
The main aim of ADIM Universities, which consists of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Afyon Kocatepe University, Afyonkarahisar University of Health Sciences, Balıkesir University, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Kütahya University of Health Sciences, Manisa Celal Bayar University, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Pamukkale University, Süleyman Demirel University, Uşak University, and Yalova University, is to develop inter-university cooperation and undertake joint initiatives in the fields of education, R&D, management, technical, social, and cultural areas.
After the protocol speeches, a short film designed as video art and supported by artificial intelligence, created by transforming Gaza-themed photos featured in the world press, was shown to the participants. Following the screening, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the academics and students who prepared the short film.
