Students will be able to register for only the courses listed below within the quota during the add/drop week between July 14-18, 2025.
Within the scope of ADD-DROP APPLICATION PROCEDURES for our university students and guest students; they must first make their course selections through the Student Information System, then pay the fee for the selected courses at VakıfBank ATM or branches with their student numbers, and finally finalize their course registrations again through the Student Information System.
A QUOTA OF 100 PEOPLE IS APPLIED FOR THE OPENED COURSES, AND APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED IN THE ORDER OF FINALIZATION TIME. No registration will be taken for courses whose quota is full. Payments made for these courses will be refunded.
In the summer school, if course changes are not made for UNOPENED or dropped courses due to conflicts, fee refunds will be made to the bank account number (IBAN number) opened in the student's name registered in the Student Information System WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Payments made for PRE-APPLICATION for courses decided to be opened in the Summer School will NOT BE REFUNDED.
If students do not have a bank account (IBAN number) opened in THEIR OWN NAME, NO REFUND CAN BE MADE. Therefore, to avoid delays in course fee refunds, it is of great importance that our students' IBAN numbers are correct and complete, and if there are any issues, necessary updates should be made in the Student Information System.
