In this context, at the MAKU Conference and
Exhibition Hall, an event titled "Ambulance Equipment Presentation and Sample Case Studies" was held for the students of the Medical Services and Techniques Department's First Aid and Emergency Program. In the practical and interactive training given by expert staff from the Burdur Provincial Health Directorate's Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician, the introduction of ambulance equipment and when to use these equipment, especially the difficulties of intervention during emergency transfer processes were discussed. The event, coordinated by First Aid and Emergency Program Instructor Ali Sert, emphasized that practical training, rather than purely theoretical education, will contribute to increasing the motivation of students and making the information they learn more permanent. Sert stated in his statement; "In the afternoon session of the all-day event, our students had the experience of managing independent cases in teams with case scenarios."
After the training, which the students followed with great interest, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mümin Polat, Director of Burdur Health Services Vocational School, presented a certificate of appreciation and a gift to the trainers of the Burdur Provincial Health Directorate Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician.
