92 students who succeeded in the trainings organized in collaboration with MAKÜ Career Development Application and Research Center and MAKÜ Distance Education Application and Research Center received their graduation certificates.

Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar, who attended the online graduation ceremony, emphasized the importance of career development and personal competencies in his speech addressing the students.

In the program, which started with career counseling services and allowed students to get to know themselves better through psychometric tests, students had the opportunity to discover personality traits, areas of interest, work values, and the requirements of different career fields. Throughout the process, 92 students who developed their professional skills in line with their career plans were entitled to receive a graduation certificate.

In his speech, Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar emphasized that university education is not limited to academic success alone, stating that students equipping themselves with extracurricular achievements will make them stand out in the business world. Dalgar said, “It is no longer enough to just graduate from a department. The changing world conditions require flexible, adaptable, and versatile individuals. This program was designed precisely to meet this need.”

Within the scope of the program, students participated in 10 training modules totaling 45 hours and attended 3 career talks. Students who successfully completed the program regularly attended all trainings and scored 70 or above in the final evaluation.

Rector Dalgar congratulated the students who successfully completed the program and delivered their graduation certificates electronically. Students who completed the Career School with honors were also specially congratulated. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the academics who provided the training.

Referring to the ‘MAKÜ Artı’ mobile application developed within the framework of MAKÜ's digitalization vision, Rector Dalgar stated that education, research, and management processes are digitally integrated through this platform. Career School graduates gained a 30-point achievement through this application.

Rector Dalgar also emphasized that the ‘MAKÜ Artı Portfolio’ created by the students will be an important reference in job applications after graduation. The portfolio will document the academic and intellectual activities the student participated in throughout their educational life.

In the program, which first started in 2020, 100 students were accepted from among those who applied in the 2024-2025 spring semester. Of these students, 92 successfully graduated.
